Joint Forces Operation

The Joint Forces Operation is a set of military and special organisational and legal measures of Ukrainian security structures aimed at defending against and repelling Russian aggression in eastern Ukraine. The Joint Forces Operation is essentially a reformatting of the Anti-Terrorist Operation.

The Joint Forces Operation officially began on April 30, 2018. Command of the operation passed from the SBU to the Joint Operational Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
