1. General Rules and Definitions
1.1. If you have decided to use the aforementioned websites and their applications, including RSS, API, software and other files, you agree to comply with all the terms set out in these Website Terms of Use (hereinafter – the Rules).
By starting to use the Website, the User hereby confirms that they have reached the age of 21. If you (the User) have not reached the age of 21 – do not start or stop using the Website.
The Website Administration is not responsible for the legality of the use of the Website and its services by a User who has not reached the age of 21.
1.2. We may change, add or remove parts of these Terms of Service at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication. It is your obligation to review these Rules before each use of the website, and by continuing to use this website you agree to any changes.
1.3. If any provision of these Rules or any future changes are unacceptable to you, you may cancel your membership by email: support@luxnet.ua (see section 9 on termination of access to the website). Your continued use of the website now or after the publication of a notice of any changes to these rules will indicate your acceptance of these rules, including changes to them.
1.4. We may change, suspend or terminate access to the website at any time, including the availability of any information, database or content. We may also impose restrictions on certain features or limit your access to part or all of the website without notice or liability.
2. Website Content
2.1. The materials published on the website are intended for your personal non-commercial use. All materials published on the website are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by the Company or the party that is the content provider. You must comply with all additional copyright notices, information or restrictions contained on any page.
2.2. The content of the website is protected by copyright in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international copyright law. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in clauses 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 of these Terms of Service), create new works, distribute, perform, or in any way use the content of the website (including software) in whole or in part.
2.3. You may download or copy the content of the website, other components and elements displayed on the website, only for personal use, provided that all copyright and other notices contained therein are observed.
2.4. Online publications are permitted to use the information posted on the Company's websites free of charge, provided there is an open hyperlink and a mention of the original source no lower than the first paragraph. For print publications, reprinting of the Company's materials is permitted on a fee basis and only with the written consent of the editor. For mobile applications and SmartTV, the use of materials is permitted on a fee basis and only with the written consent of the Company. Media outlets are permitted to use the information posted on the Company's websites, provided there is a reference to the original source. The use of information means any reproduction, republication, distribution, modification, translation, inclusion of its parts in other works and other methods provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".
2.5. The use of the Company's materials posted on the 24tv.ua portal, by means of their full or partial reproduction by news aggregators, is permitted only with the written permission of the Company. "News aggregators" means any software, application, service or web resource that, by means of RSS feeds or otherwise, collects the content of information resources and partially or fully reproduces it for users in the form of blocks, streams, news "feeds", etc. The Company grants written permission to use its materials at its own discretion to the owner of a news aggregator on the basis of their request sent in electronic form to support@luxnet.ua. The Company reserves the right, in the process of reviewing the request, to require the owner of the news aggregator to provide any additional information necessary to make a decision on issuing written permission. The use of the Company's materials is possible only after obtaining the relevant written permission, which may be sent to the postal address of the news aggregator owner or electronically to their email address. Written permission may apply to a separate material (materials) or to all current and future materials on the resources of the 24tv.ua portal, and is valid for the period established therein.
3. User-Generated Content: comments, reviews, etc.
3.1. It is not permitted to upload, distribute or publish content of any defamatory, offensive, indecent, pornographic, repetitive (spam) or other illegal material.
3.2. The materials of the website must be used only in a non-commercial form. You may not, without specific approval of the Company, distribute or display any content, advertising, etc.
3.3. You acknowledge that any materials distributed by you (for example, user-generated content, including, but not limited to: comments, forum, messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) may be removed or modified by the Company. You waive any rights you may have in the event of the presence of such material on the website, and the modification of materials may be carried out even if you do not agree. Materials may also be included in our RSS feeds, API, and available for republication through other formats.
3.4. You grant the Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to the materials posted by you, including the unlimited right of the Company or any third party to use, copy, transmit, publish, distribute, create derivative works, modify and adapt, index, cache, tag, encode (including without limitation the right to adapt for streaming, transmission, mobile, digital scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereafter developed, including any publications posted by you on the website.
3.5. You bear full responsibility for the content of your publications. The Company does not and cannot control all material and is not responsible for the content of these messages; the Company reserves the right to delete, move or edit Publications that the Company, at its sole discretion, considers offensive, defamatory, indecent, infringing copyright and trademarks, or unacceptable.
3.6. You consent to the display and publication on the website of material developed by you, as well as for offline advertising purposes.
4. Access and Availability of Services
4.1. Materials may contain links related to other World Wide Web Internet sites, resources and advertisers. Since we are not responsible for the availability of these external resources or their content, you should direct any concerns regarding any external link to the website administrator.
5. Representations and Warranties
5.1. You represent, warrant and promise:
- materials of any kind submitted through your account:
- will not infringe, plagiarize or violate the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademarks, privacy or other personal or property rights;
- contain defamation or other illegal material;
- You are at least twenty-one years of age.
5.2. The Company does not warrant or confirm the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinions, statements or other information uploaded or distributed through the accounts of any users, information providers or any other individuals or legal entities. You acknowledge and understand that reliance on such opinions, advice, statements, memoranda or other information is at your own risk. The materials of the website are distributed "AS IS", without any warranties, including warranties of title or fitness for a particular purpose. You hereby acknowledge that the use of the service is at your own risk.
6. Registration and Security
6.1. As part of the registration process or account creation, you will create login credentials for access by choosing a password and providing an email address. You must also provide us with certain information about yourself, which must be accurate and up to date.
Each registration is for one user. You may not share your registration login credentials so that no one else has access to your account. We may cancel or suspend your access to the website if you share your login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you must not disclose to any representative of the Company. You may not:
- choose or use the credentials of another person for the purpose of impersonating that person;
- use account data without the permission of the owner;
- use credentials that are, at our discretion, offensive or deemed offensive.
Failure to comply with the above provisions is considered a violation of the Rules, which may lead to the immediate termination of your account.
6.2. Please notify support@luxnet.ua of any known or suspected cases of unauthorized use of your account, or of any known or suspected security breach, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password.
6.3. You must be 21 years of age to subscribe to all types of website services.
6.4. You are responsible for any use or activity on your website account, including the use of the account by third parties with your permission. Any fraudulent, abusive or other illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your account, at our discretion, and we may forward the information to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
7. Communication Between the Company and Users
7.1. If you fill out a registration form in order to receive certain information, we, as owners and successors, with the permission of certain third-party providers, will provide you with information about the materials published on the websites.
7.2. You grant, and the Company reserves the right, to send to your email information about changes or additions to the service on the websites.
7.3. The Company reserves the right to disclose information about use and demographics provided that it does not disclose your identity. Advertisers on our websites may collect and distribute personal information about you only if you confirm your consent. For more information, please review our privacy policy.
7.4. The Company may contact you by email about your participation in a user survey, asking questions in order to improve current or prospective materials. This information will be used for improving the operation of the websites and for better understanding our users. Any information we receive in such surveys will not be transferred to third parties, except in aggregated form without disclosing your identity.
8. Licenses and Software
8.1. You have no rights to the proprietary software and accompanying documentation, or to any improvements or modifications thereto (the "software"), unless you have access to the website. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any licenses granted by the website, and any attempt at such sublicensing, assignment or transfer is considered void and unlawful. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the software.
9. Termination of Access to the Website
9.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@luxnet.ua. Upon completion, you will receive an automatic email confirmation that the request to delete the account has been accepted, and your access will be terminated within 24 hours.
9.2. The Company may, at its sole discretion, delete or suspend access to all or part of the website for any reason, including violation or non-compliance with these Rules.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. These Rules have been made and shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes regarding the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved by the relevant court located in the territory of Ukraine.
10.2. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions, nothing in these Rules may be used to interpret the provisions specified in the Privacy Policy.

10.4. You agree to immediately report any copyright infringement regarding the materials of the Company's websites. In the event of any claims on your part regarding copyright infringement regarding the materials contained on the Company's websites, please notify us at the address support@luxnet.ua.
