SZCH

SZCh is the unauthorized abandonment of a unit or place of service by a serviceman without permission. 

Unauthorized abandonment of a unit is considered to be one of the following: 

• unjustified abandonment of a unit or place of service by a serviceman for up to 3 days;
• a serviceman's refusal to continue service after the end of the term of service;
• failure of a conscript to report on time without valid reasons in the event of discharge from the unit, transfer or appointment;
• failure of a conscript to return within 3 days from a business trip, leave or a medical institution;
• refusal to carry out a commander's instructions that do not contradict the requirements of legislation and military regulations;
• abandonment of a unit or place of service by a person liable for military service, a serviceman or a reservist during training for up to 10 days;
• failure of a serviceman to report for service on time without valid reasons in the event of appointment or transfer, lasting up to 10 days;
• failure of a serviceman to return within 10 days from a business trip, leave or a medical institution.
