AB InBev Efes Ukraine is one of the leaders of the Ukrainian brewing market and a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Turkey's largest brewing company, Anadolu Efes.

The company owns three breweries located in Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Mykolaiv. Its portfolio includes the global brands Bud, Corona Extra and Stella Artois, the international brands Hoegaarden, Leffe, Beck’s, Löwenbräu, Franziskaner, Spaten and Velkopopovický Kozel, as well as the Ukrainian brands "Chernihivske", "Rohan" and "Yantar".
