In April 2012, the EURONEST Parliamentary Assembly adopted a resolution calling on the Ukrainian authorities to amend Article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, under which Yulia Tymoshenko was convicted, and to ensure proper medical treatment for Yulia Tymoshenko and Yuriy Lutsenko.
