Uklon is a product and service IT company, the developer of the app of the same name. 

It was founded in Kyiv in 2010. Today Uklon is an ecosystem of digital services that combines ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, the Uklon Ads advertising platform, the Uklon Store marketplace and the Uklon Travel bus ticket service in a single app. As of 2026, Uklon is present in 31 cities of Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist resort. The company also operates in Tashkent and 5 cities of the Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan.

In April 2025, Uklon was acquired by JSC Kyivstar, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyivstar Group Ltd., whose shares are traded on the US Nasdaq stock exchange and which is part of the VEON Group.
