Mykhailo Podoliak - News

Mykhailo Podoliak – politician, political strategist, former journalist and adviser to the head of the Office of the President. During the full-scale war, he became a key spokesperson for the authorities.

Podoliak was born and raised in western Ukraine and later – moved to Belarus. There he worked as a journalist, but the country's authorities accused him of activities that allegedly "contradict the interests of state security". Later, Podoliak was deported from Belarus.

In Ukraine, he worked as a journalist for several years and then founded a consulting company that worked mostly with politicians.

In April 2020, Podoliak became an adviser to Andriy Yermak – head of the Office of the President of Ukraine – and an anti-crisis manager. After February 24, 2022, he took part in negotiations with Russia, constantly gives interviews and is active on social media, where he talks about all aspects of the war.
