Radio Yedyni Novyny is a specialized news and analysis marathon launched on February 24, 2022, in response to the full-scale invasion. The station was launched through the joint efforts of leading Ukrainian media groups (“1+1 Media,” “Starlight Media,” “Inter Media Group,” and the “Rada” TV channel) and Public Broadcasting. The main goal of the broadcast is to provide Ukrainians with verified, objective, and timely information about the security situation, the course of hostilities, and key events in the country.\n\nThe broadcast schedule follows the 24/7 News/Talk format. There is absolutely no entertainment content on the air, and over 90% of the airtime is devoted to breaking news reports, live broadcasts from the front lines, statements by government officials, and expert analysis. Instrumental jingles or patriotic tracks by Ukrainian artists, such as “Okean Elzy” or “Antytila,” play between news segments. All facts are based exclusively on official sources – the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense, and regional military administrations.\n\nBroadcasting is organized into 6-hour blocks managed by separate editorial teams. Instead of entertainment DJs, the broadcasts are hosted by well-known journalists and announcers: Dmytro Khorkin, Roman Kolyada, Solomiya Vitvitska, Sviatoslav Hrynchuk, Olena Frolak, Oksana Gutzeit, and others.\n\nYou can listen to “Yedyni Novyny” Radio online via the “Sluhay UA” web platform and through mobile apps. "Yedyni Novyny Radio" is also available on the FM band in most major cities: Kyiv (105.0 FM), Lviv (103.3 FM), Dnipro (87.5 FM), and Odesa (91.4 FM).
