Vladyslav Belbas

Education: National Agrarian University, with two specialties: engineer in production mechanization (diploma with honors, master's, 2006) and finance (bachelor's degree). MBA, University of Arizona (2018). He completed industrial internships in the United Kingdom (2003) and Denmark (2005). 

He began his career at Hyundai Motors Ukraine, where he worked in the sales and production of automotive equipment. He went through all the steps, from spare parts logistics manager in 2005 to head of business in 2011. 

From the end of 2014 he served as deputy director and later director of the state enterprise "Spetstechnoexport". He increased the company's annual contract portfolio from the traditional 100 million dollars a year to 550 million dollars and increased the company's profit more than tenfold. In 2018–2019 the company was the largest special exporter. 

Since April 2020 he has been CEO of Ukrainian Armored Vehicles LLC. During his tenure, he expanded the product line (the armored vehicles "Varta-2" and "Novator-2", artillery weapons), launched full-scale production of artillery ammunition to NATO standards, and brought the company into the market of unmanned and robotic systems. In 2023–2025, UAV was Ukraine's largest defense company.
