Harold Hongju Koh

Legal adviser to Ukraine in several international cases. Author of the book "The National Security Constitution in the Twenty-First Century". Former Legal Adviser to the Secretary of State and Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor at the US State Department. He previously served as Dean of Yale Law School.
