Pavel Ryabikin

Born in Kyiv in 1965.

The last position held by Pavel Ryabikin, from November 2021 to March 2023, was — Minister for Strategic Industries.

Before that, he headed the State Customs Service of Ukraine, and was first Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration and then an adviser to the Mayor of Kyiv. Before that, he served as head of Boryspil International Airport.
