Anatoliy Shariy

Anatoliy Shariy is a pro-Russian journalist from Kyiv, known for his Ukrainophobic and separatist views during the Revolution of Dignity.

Anatoliy Shariy is the founder of the Party of Shariy. He was its leader in the 2019 parliamentary elections, but his registration was eventually cancelled because he had not been in Ukraine for the last 5 years. Instead, the party will be headed by his wife, Olha Shariy-Bondarenko.

Anatoliy Shariy deleted old videos from his YouTube video blog and for several years has positioned himself as a "media expert" and "fighter against Ukrainian propaganda".
