Budget

The State Budget of Ukraine is the formation of a sound strategy for managing public funds during the budget period. Management is carried out by the government and local self-government bodies. The plan for the use of financial resources is drawn up by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for each new year.

Budget planning determines the construction of sound business strategies, which must take into account possible deficit figures and the inflation rate. The budget also determines the amount of taxes on the population, which is the main item of state revenue.

The amount of stipends, social payments and state-guaranteed benefits included in the draft budget depends on the economic situation in the country and the ability of the state treasury to provide the population and the state itself with a minimum level of necessary services and goods.

Over the past decade, Ukraine's draft state budget has never been fulfilled 100%.
