Belgian politician and statesman, President of the European Council since 2019.Former Prime Minister of Belgium, held the post until 2019. He became the youngest Prime Minister of Belgium since 1845.He was the leader of the Belgian party "Reformist Movement" until 2014.He was awarded the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, 1st class, for his personal contribution to strengthening international cooperation and supporting the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.He actively supports Ukraine during Russia's full-scale invasion.
