Daniel Driscoll

Daniel Driscoll is the US Secretary of the Army. 

It was he who, in autumn 2025, brought to Ukraine Donald Trump's 28-point peace plan. Media reported that in Kyiv Driscoll threatened Ukraine with an even worse plan. 

The politician is also a friend of US Vice President JD Vance, as he studied with him at Yale University and worked as his senior adviser. 

It is known that Daniel Driscoll enjoys Donald Trump's favor and has effectively replaced Keith Kellogg, Trump's special envoy for Ukraine and Russia.
