Lindsey Graham

Lindsey Graham – an American politician, Republican US senator, colonel. He was an active supporter of Ukraine and an opponent of Putin.

In March 2022, he called on the Russian military to eliminate President Vladimir Putin.

In May 2025, he addressed Russians, saying that Putin was leading them into the abyss by not ending the war. He is also a supporter of sanctions against Russia in order to end the war.

In Ukraine, he was awarded the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, 2nd class, and the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, 3rd class.

He died on July 11, 2026, at his home in the US. 

The politician's press service said that Lindsey Graham died of an aortic dissection. It developed as a result of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
