Maksym Nefyodov
Maksym Nefyodov is the former head of the State Customs Service and head of the NGO "Center for Digital Economy Development".
He headed the State Customs Service during Viktor Yushchenko's presidency – in 2009–2010. However, after the Yanukovych regime came to power, Makarenko began to be criminally prosecuted.
In 2012, Makarenko was sentenced to 4 years, but already in 2014 the court released him and cleared his criminal record. Later he worked as Deputy Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
