Movement of New Forces

The Movement of New Forces is a Ukrainian political party founded by Mikheil Saakashvili. It was registered by the Pechersk District State Administration of Kyiv on February 23, 2017.

The party's leaders believe that their main task is to remove Poroshenko from power. The party became known for the "March for the Future" and protests in various cities demanding the resignation of President Petro Poroshenko and against the annexation of Crimea. The protests continued in the winter of 2017-2018.

The coordinator of the party council is Olha Halabala. In 2019, after Saakashvili returned to Ukraine, the party decided to run for the Verkhovna Rada. The top five of the Movement of New Forces list include party leader Mikheil Saakashvili, former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Davit Sakvarelidze, public figure Oles Donii, Odesa grandmaster Nataliia Zhukova and former Minister of Economy Volodymyr Lanovyi.
