
"Oberig" Registry
"Oberih" – is a database of persons liable for military service who can be mobilized. It is intended to reduce corruption during mobilization and to prevent manipulation of data and the sending of summonses to people who are already fighting.
Formally, it was launched on March 28, 2022. On October 5, the Verkhovna Rada supported a bill with amendments regarding the "Oberih" e-register of persons liable for military service. In December 2023, information appeared that it was already ready and was starting to be used.
