Prigozhin's Mutiny

It all started with a video that Prigozhin posted on the evening of June 23, 2023. The war criminal claimed that the Russians had launched a missile strike on the rear positions of the Wagner fighters. According to "Putin's chef", many of his mercenaries were killed. He is convinced that the Russian military acting under Shoigu's leadership is to blame for this.

He declared "war" on the Russian Ministry of Defense and called on ordinary Russians to take to the streets. Supposedly, in order to restore justice. He also promised to hand out weapons to anyone willing.

The Wagner leader announced the seizure of military facilities and an airfield in Rostov, and also threatens to go further – to Moscow.

Meanwhile, Putin recorded an address, called it a mutiny and said that there would be criminal liability for such actions.
