Serhiy Morgunov
Serhiy Morgunov has been mayor of Vinnytsia (since 2014) and is the closest associate of former Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman. Morgunov is called a co-author of the "Vinnytsia economic miracle", but he is also reproached for using administrative resources to satisfy the business interests of the family that controls a network of markets in the city.In 2020, Morgunov won the mayoral election for the second time, receiving the votes of more than 60% of voters.
