Strike on the "Novomoskovsky" Training Range

On March 1, 2025, a tragedy occurred at the "Novomoskovsky" training range in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, resulting in people killed and injured, as confirmed by the Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi.

Mykhailo Drapatyi announced an independent investigation involving military counterintelligence and promised the harshest punishment for those responsible for the tragedy.

A video of the attack was published by the Russian Ministry of Defense; it recorded a cluster warhead striking a gathering of Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel at the "Novomoskovsky" training range in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
