The Arrest of Nasirov
On March 2, NABU announced that Roman Nasirov had been served a notice of suspicion in the "Onyshchenko case". According to Nasirov's lawyers, NABU officers served the notice of suspicion on the head of the SFS when he was already unconscious, so the service of the notice is illegal. The head of the SFS is suspected of actions that caused the state damage of UAH 2 billion. Accompanied by NABU officers, he is still in hospital.
However, on December 11, Nasirov was reinstated in his former post at the SFS.
