
The Budapest Memorandum
The Budapest Memorandum is an international agreement concluded on December 5, 1994, between Ukraine, the US, Russia and the United Kingdom on Ukraine's non-nuclear status. The agreement contains provisions that grant guarantees of sovereignty and security to Ukraine.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy initiated an all-Ukrainian poll during the local elections. And the 5th question concerns precisely the Budapest Memorandum.
