The Downing of a Tu-22MZ in Russia
On the morning of April 19, 2024, an enemy Tu-22M3 aircraft crashed in the Krasnogvardeisky district of Russia's Stavropol Krai. This operation is the result of joint actions of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russia has repeatedly attacked Ukraine using the Tu-22M3. It is likely that this particular aircraft attacked the Odesa region on the night of April 19.
