The Kornienko Scandal

The leaders of Servant of the People, party leader Oleksandr Kornienko and head of the parliamentary faction David Arakhamia, got caught up in a provocative scandal. Their private conversation accidentally became public. It concerned their faction colleague Iryna Allakhverdiieva. They called her a "workhorse of a woman".

Later, Oleksandr Kornienko assured that in his conversation with David Arakhamia about Iryna Allakhverdiieva they spoke of her exclusively as a beauty. Everything else, including the phrase about a "working woman, like a ship pine", was about Mykolaiv businesswoman Tetiana Dombrovska.

Kornienko also accuses journalists of editing the provocative video. The NikVesti outlet agreed that the published video may not contain all the information, but denies any editing.
