The Scandal Involving Ukraine's Oldest Mother
Ukraine was shaken by a scandal involving the country's oldest mother, Valentyna Pidverbna. Her daughter Anna-Mariia spoke about abuse and violence. The girl's fate was decided by a court, and since April 2024 she has been living in another family.
Valentyna Pidverbna died at the age of 81 of natural causes in November 2025.
