The politician's supporters resisted, leading to a conflict. One security officer died in the clashes, and another 45 injured people were taken to hospitals.
Captured security officers are still in Atambayev's house in the village of Koy-Tash. There are 300-400 people on the grounds of the residence, ready to set off for a rally in Bishkek. Meanwhile, internet and mobile communications have been cut off in Koy-Tash.
