The official was head of the Kyiv City Military Administration from December 31, 2024, to July 16, 2026.
He studied "international economics" and "law" at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
He began his career in 2012 as a first-category specialist at the municipal enterprise "Solomianka-Servis".
He was an assistant to a deputy from the UDAR party and held senior positions at the municipal enterprises "Kyivblahoustrii" and "Pleso", in the Holosiivskyi District State Administration, the Darnytskyi District State Administration, and the Department of Urban Improvement of the Kyiv City State Administration.
In 2024, he was a deputy to Oleksii Kuleba, Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
