Tragedy in the Sumy Region
On February 4, 2014, at 15:35, near the village of Vyry in Bilopillia district, a minibus on the route "Sumy – Hannivka-Vyrivska" collided with a train running on the "Kharkiv – Vorozhba" route at an unregulated railway crossing. 12 people died in the accident. A child is among them.
The cause of the accident in the Sumy region may have been the minibus driver's failure to comply with traffic rules.
