Yuri Gusev

Gusev is president of the NGO "International Association of the Kherson Region Community". The NGO's council includes former head of the regional state administration Andrii Hordieiev and head of the Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manher, who is suspected of the murder of Kateryna Handziuk.

In 2015–2016, Gusev served as Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine.

At that time, he was involved in cases of overpricing in the purchase of fuel for the army, as well as in the construction of apartments for servicemen.In July 2019, Zelenskyy appointed Gusev head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

In 2020, Zelenskyy appointed him head of Ukroboronprom.
