What did Zelenskyy and Rubio discuss?
Zelenskyy highlighted three areas of cooperation that are crucial for the security of Ukrainians. The first item on the agenda was ballistic missile interceptors to protect the population.
The president identified the establishment of an early warning system for ballistic missile attacks as the second important issue. Another topic of discussion was the restoration of stable operation of the Starlink and Starshield systems.

The parties also agreed to hold another meeting soon to update the information. The head of state thanked everyone in the U.S. who supports a constructive approach.
As a reminder, during a conversation with journalists, Marco Rubio denied that there had been a pause in the exchange of intelligence and attributed the difficulties to a software glitch. At the same time, during the ballistic missile strike on Kyiv on Monday, October 19, the Ukrainian side again did not receive any notification of the missile launch.
