Building Collapse in Drohobych

In the city of Drohobych, a building collapsed on the night of August 28. According to unverified information, the destruction of the building was caused by its dilapidated condition.

As a result of the incident, 13 apartments were destroyed. Rescuers found the bodies of eight victims under the rubble, including one child. The injured, with varying degrees of severity, were hospitalized in Drohobych city hospital, among them 5 children. Over 70 emergency workers and law enforcement officers worked at the scene.
