CAB
A CAB is a guided aerial bomb, which is also used during Russia's war against Ukraine.
Russia cynically attacks Ukrainian cities and villages with CABs, damaging residential buildings and wounding and killing civilians.
Ukraine also uses CABs against the Russian occupiers, but attacks only the military and their equipment or infrastructure. Unlike Russia, Kyiv does not strike civilians and does not kill the civilian population.
