Danylo Getmantsev

Danylo Getmantsev is a deputy of the 9th convocation and chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy. Doctor of Law, professor, attorney, owner of a law firm, president of the Association of Tax Advisers, member of the European Association of Tax Law Professors.

Born in 1978 in Kyiv. Since 2013, he has worked as a professor at the Department of Financial Law. He is a specialist in tax administration, the introduction of electronic administration and the protection of taxpayers. Since 2001, he has authored over 250 scientific and scientific-methodological publications, textbooks and monographs. In 2013, he was recognized as the best lecturer of the Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

In the 2019 parliamentary elections in Ukraine, he was included in the Servant of the People party list under No. 20.
