Dmytro Dubilet has been Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers since August 29, 2019.
In 2005, he founded the IT company Fine Web and ran it until 2010. Later, Dubilet became a project manager at MasterCard in Warsaw for several months. From 2012 to 2016, he worked as IT director of PrivatBank.
Dmytro Dubilet is one of the founders of the Ukrainian mobile bank monobank.
