The Kyiv District Administrative Court is a court of first instance that is part of the system of administrative courts and hears cases for the city of Kyiv. The court considers cases appealing regulatory acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, ministries, the National Bank of Ukraine and other authorities.
