"Maidan" in Armenia
On October 2, a large rally was held in Yerevan near the Armenian parliament building at Pashinyan's call. This happened after parliament approved amendments to the law "On the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly" that would allow deputies to insure themselves against a possible dissolution of parliament.
After that, Prime Minister Pashinyan signed a decree dismissing the ministers from the "ARF Dashnaktsutyun" and "Prosperous Armenia" parties from their posts.
