A Russian political and public figure.On April 24, 2018, by decision of the Council of the Moscow Bar Chamber, he was stripped of his status as a lawyer.
Feigin gained wide popularity as one of the lawyers in the high-profile case of the punk group Pussy Riot. Feigin also defended Leonid Razvozzhayev, Arkady Babchenko, the leader of "Russian Image" Ilya Goryachev, Arctic Sunrise case defendant activist Dmitry Litvinov, Kazakh politician and businessman Mukhtar Ablyazov, Nadiya Savchenko, the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev, and Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko.
