Monobank
Monobank is a Ukrainian online bank created in 2017. It operates using the banking license of Universal Bank, which is part of the TAS group and belongs to Ukrainian businessman Serhii Tihipko.
The bank has no branches; almost all services are provided through a mobile app. For some operations (depositing/withdrawing cash in foreign currency), service is provided exclusively through the cash desks of Universal Bank or partner banks: Tascombank and A-Bank.
