New Parking Rules

On September 27, 2018, new parking rules came into force in Ukraine. The amount of fines for violating stopping and parking rules will not increase significantly, but the mechanism for holding violators liable will change considerably.

In particular, you can now be found to be an offender automatically, and your presence is not required at all.
