Oleksandr Bornyakov

Oleksandr Bornyakov is the acting head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation. 

After Mykhailo Fedorov was appointed head of the Ministry of Defense, Bornyakov became acting Minister of Digital Transformation on January 15, 2026. 

Oleksandr Bornyakov was Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation (since October 2019) and head of the Diia.City project.
