
Onyshchenko's "compromising material"
In early December 2016, People's Deputy Oleksandr Onyshchenko stated that he had handed over "compromising material on the president" Petro Poroshenko in the US. The "compromising material" allegedly concerns the buying and selling of votes for parliamentary votes, and how he himself bought his mandate by paying a high-ranking parliamentarian 6 million dollars.
