The public broadcaster of Ukraine. According to the Law of Ukraine on the election of the president, the debates must take place on its premises. They must take place no later than April 19, between 19:00 and 20:00.

Suspilne also intends to agree with the candidates' headquarters on a debate format in which experts and journalists will be present.

However, the politicians' representatives may demand that formally moderated debates be held.
