Rostislav Shurma
Rostislav Shurma is a Ukrainian economist who served as deputy to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak from November 2021 to September 2024.
Shurma was dismissed from his post at the Office of the President due to corruption scandals. In particular, journalists from Bihus.Info established that the state enterprise "Guaranteed Buyer" paid 320 million hryvnias for electricity to solar power plants in the temporarily occupied territories. Among them were plants linked to Shurma's close circle.
On January 21, 2026, NABU and SAPO stated that they suspect Shurma of embezzling funds intended for "green" tariff payments.
On February 12, 2026, information appeared on the Interior Ministry website that Rostislav Shurma and his brother Oleh were on the wanted list.
