The Lutsk Terrorist

On the morning of July 21, the terrorist himself called the police and said that he had taken the passengers of a scheduled bus hostage.He boarded the bus as an ordinary passenger, carrying a large backpack and a bag.

The man directed the bus to the center of Lutsk, to Teatralnyi Square, where it has been standing for more than six hours.The terrorist threatened to blow up himself and all the passengers. He said he had grenades and other weapons.

According to preliminary information, there are about 20 people on the bus.The terrorist took the people's phones. He personally called some relatives of his hostages and warned them of the seriousness of his intentions.

The man calls himself Maksym Plokhyi, but his real name is Maksym Stepanovych Kryvosh.On social media, he put forward his demands: all officials of Ukraine, religious and political figures must publish a text and a video address with the content "I am a terrorist in law".
