The situation near Petrivskyi
Petrivske – Bohdanivka is the next section after Zolote where the disengagement of troops in Donbas took place. The disengagement was constantly postponed because a 7-day ceasefire was not maintained in the section.
The Trilateral Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in Donbas decided to begin the disengagement of forces and equipment in Petrivske on November 9.
The disengagement was completed on November 11. From November 12, the next phase is planned to begin – demining of the section by teams of the State Emergency Service. The JFO press office stressed that, according to the schedule, the demining of the territories should be completed within a week.
