Václav Klaus
President of the Czech Republic in 2003–2013, founder and former leader of the Civic Democratic Party. In 1992–1997, he was Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, and from 1989 to 1992 – Minister of Finance in the "national unity" government of Czechoslovakia.
