Viktor Trepak

Viktor Mykolaiovych Trepak is Deputy Prosecutor General under Ruslan Ryaboshapka, a Ukrainian law enforcement officer and major general. Born in 1975 in the town of Skole, Lviv region.

From 2015 to 2016, he served as First Deputy Head of the SBU – head of the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime of the SBU Central Directorate. He resigned, publicly accusing then Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin of blocking the fight against corruption.

In 2016, after leaving the SBU, Trepak handed over to NABU detectives documents concerning the so-called "black ledger" of the Party of Regions.

On October 8, 2019, Prosecutor General Ruslan Ryaboshapka signed an order appointing Viktor Trepak as his deputy.
