Viktor Yanukovych
Former Ukrainian statesman, politician, former (4th) President of Ukraine (from February 25, 2010 to February 22, 2014). He was recognised by the Verkhovna Rada as having removed himself from exercising his constitutional powers, and was later stripped of the title of President of Ukraine by a special law.
